Granite & Quartz Installations challenges are tough in a very saturated marketplace in the UK. After a lot of competitor research we found that many competitor websites in this industry are built using self-made platforms ("Build your own") Therefore we felt we had a huge advantage moving forward, the strategy was simple, build a user friendly, fast call to action website featuring only the best photography.
Through a series of excerises in the strategy sessions, we were able to extract and refine the key pillars of the brand. This defined the brands personality: how it should look, sound, feel and act.
We were able to completely revolutionise the user journey. The website has been built with user-friendliness in mind. The main importance was the showcase and display the granite and quartz products with a very fast call to action within each product also providing a upload option for the users to upload kitchen or bathroom plans. Built with mobile first in-mind the website responds beautifully across mobile and tablet devices.
I firstly connected with Forty3media on Instagram as I was looking to get new website as our current one was dated. I received a response from Dan the same day answering all my questions in detail which gave me a great first impression. I then met with Dan to go through ideas for the site and he even suggested some ideas that would make the site even better. Once he had most of the website design completed, he took time out of his schedule to come down to our showroom to get a better understanding of our business, which helped him add the finishing touches to the site.
